• Our rental condo units are located in scenic South Haven, MI within The Colonial Condominiums building. Our convenient location places tenants directly on the waterfront of the bustling harbor and within walking distance to both the beach and downtown South Haven.

Rental Terms

Units have a 3-7 day minimum (depending on the unit) during the summer season (July 1 to August 31) and holidays.  In the off season we have a three day minimum.  Please call 269-423-2524 or email havensatthelake@gmail.com for more information.

• Rental agreements are required. All condos are rented online via VRBO.
  
• Rental rates vary between units.  Please see Our Condos for specific pricing
  
• Final rent prices will include Michigan tax (6%).
  
• A one time (non-taxed) $140 (1 bedroom unit) cleaning fee.
  
• A $400 (1 bedroom unit) refundable damage deposit is due at time of booking
